At SVA.LAW, we are redefining how legal and compliance services are delivered. We are looking for a Junior Tech Developer to support our legal-tech and automation initiatives. This is an entry-level role for a technically skilled individual who wants to apply software development in the legal and fintech space.

You will help build internal tools, integrations, and dashboards that improve efficiency, compliance tracking, and client delivery. This role is perfect for someone excited by the challenge of translating legal and regulatory processes into scalable, digital solutions.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal automation tools and dashboards.
• Build API integrations with platforms such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, and ClickUp.
• Support deployment of compliance reporting tools (e.g., AML filings, CNBV requirements).
• Assist with data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with lawyers to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Document technical solutions and provide support to internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Interest in fintech, regtech, or legal-tech applications.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• English proficiency preferred.
